Their Cajun/Creole-style dishes are available for all types of events, including conferences and meetings. They cater to clients all over Houston and other parts of Texas. They also operate a mobile unit where customers can place orders.

Meet Shelia

Three Sisters Cajun Specialtz in San Antonio, TX, was founded by Houston native Shelia and Lake Charles, Louisiana native Michael. This family-owned venture blends Texas-sized hospitality with true Louisiana flavor. After successfully launching in Georgia in 2004 as a gourmet shaved ice shop to beat the scorching heat, the duo eventually relocated back to Texas. To satisfy their customers' growing appetites, they evolved from a seasonal dessert trailer into a year-round, full-service culinary experience. In 2018, they officially rebranded as Three Sisters Cajun Specialtz to reflect their major menu expansion, which now includes full breakfast, lunch, and dinner options alongside their legendary gourmet shaved ice.
