FTASA has more than 100 members and offers more than 50 types of cuisines. The association says its vendors are properly insured, current on health inspections, and personally vetted for food quality, cleanliness, reliability, and customer service.

FTASA also reports more than 200 yearly events and assists with logistics ranging from insurance paperwork and permits to point of sale systems.
